This guy has a 3' wingspan, and is 31" from snout to tail tip. He's about 15" tall when standing (taller if you count his wings), and a rather stout fellow.
Fully articulated with ball and socket joints, so he can be posed just about any which way you can imagine. Tried to get a good range in the photos, but again I'm no photographer. His jaw his hinged, opens, closes and can be offset as well in case you wanna make him chew like a cow. Each tine in his wing is individually adjustable, and the skin between is slightly stretchy as well so it folds up neatly.
Hand painted resin casts of our original sculpts, you can see the concept sketches here: And mouth movement close-up here:

...just stumbled on to you folks's work. Having difficulty... forming complete... sentences. Too, too bloody beautiful. I doff my hat. Well, I would if I hadn't just eaten it.
The wings on this thing are UNREAL. And to have that maximum of pose-ability and performance on him is FANTASTIC! You really need to make a stop-motion short with your creations. They are studio quality and level for that sort of thing!
I want him.
Somebody give me $550. o.o
