Gunmetal Barbary Drake Mouth Close-Up

HE IS COMPLETE. (Here's where I'd do a villain laugh if I could.)

We're posting a few different images of him, but we wanted to highlight that the moving jaw works really well in this one. We REALLY wanted to get jaws working, because man, it is SO MUCH FUN to feed him random things. Some poor sod at Fanexpo left their Spock action figure on our table. RIP ambassador. *cough*

This guy is enormous.
His wingspan is about 3' from tip to tip when extended, and he's about 31" from nose to tail. Standing he's a good 15.5" tall at the top of his head (taller if we were counting his wings), and in case you're wondering, you can totally fit your hand in his mouth. I don't recommend it, but you can.

He's fully articulated with ball and socket joints, and has a realistic range of movement. He can lie down any number of ways, stand up, curl up, crouch, sit, walk, stand on his hind legs, ingest anything that doesn't get him first and hang out on your shoulders. His hands and feet all rotate as does his head, and each tine in his wing is individually adjustable. His wings can stretch out, or fold up tight to his sides.
I really don't know how else to say it, but we haven't found a pose yet he can't do... save maybe flying. Just need some fishing line for that one...

This barbary drake is actually the second we've made: the first, much to our shock (and thrill) ended up in an awesome home with someone who even made him his own custom bling. She even made this guy his own necklace, which is pretty sweet.
