Limited Edition Gryphon by WormsandBones Limited Edition Gryphon by WormsandBones

...griffin? Gryffin? Whichever!

Anyway, we can finally post this guy! He was made as a Christmas surprise for a very talented lady.

Just about every part of him is articulated, and he features a moving jaw and ears that can be individually posed as well. As always, he's cast in resin for durability from our original sculpt, hand-painted and sewn using veggie friendly faux fur. He's also nearly the size of our barbary drakes, so he's a big fella.

He's also just about as limited an edition as you can get: we're only going to be offering ONE of these gryphons, via silent auction. More details once he's open for bids. :)

This looks really neat! The only thing I was iffy on was the brown feathers at the back fo the wing - everything on him looks so realistic except that part - so it kind of stood out to me. But Regardless this is amazing, I have no idea how you guys do this kind of stuff. :'3

I thought initially 'Oh, this looks realistic as hell, what bits of animal were used? Did they use an actual bird's head?' then read the description. Now that I know it's not dead I don't have to be scared of it anymore and admire it :D Well done! So realistic D:
