Meet Dixie, the not-quite-teacup Hyaenodon.
Hyaenodon's are a prehistoric mammal belonging to the extinct Creodant family.
Things to know before bringing a hyaenodon home for Christmas:
1. Don't bother with fancy wrapping jobs.
2. Never leave the hyaenodon unattended near the Christmas tree.
3. Hyaenodon's don't take "Hey! I was napping!" for an answer.
Dixie is 100% handmade original, faux fur, polymer clay, and acrylic armature. He stands about 6 inches high at the shoulder, and he's about 12 inches long.
A Christmas present for Worms, from Bones, Dixie is not for sale, but he'll be overseeing work on his fellow horrors as the convention season approaches.
