As of 12:00 pm, we are open for Christmas Custom orders! 
What is a Christmas Custom? A Christmas Custom is one of our custom casts, listed in the Custom Cast List, that will be completed and shipped out by December 1st, so as to arrive in time for the holidays. All other previously ordered customs will also ship out before this date.
Please copy/Pasta the order form below into your email to insure we have all the necessary information. And please note, your spot is not confirmed until full payment, or half payment for horrors over 100$, has been received. We will sent out invoices as soon as the orders are finalized.
Orders will remain open until the 14th when the halloweenies get shipped off, but please note: if we reach our limit before then we will have to close orders sooner. The only way to order is via email - we can't accept orders made through notes or messages, sorry! As always, please wait until noon before emailing your order off.

Order Limits
In order to make sure we're not having to pull 16 hour days (again...) we're going to limit the number of orders we take. We're also asking that you please keep your order to a maximum of two casts, OR a cap of $325 before shipping.
Shipping
Shipping cost will depend on the cast and the destination as usual, although for those international clients we strongly recommend going with an expedited or tracked shipping option. We do not ship surface/ground anywhere but in Ontario - everything else goes via air. Once we receive your order information we'll email you with your shipping options, and you can decide which you prefer. Bones is couch-bound right now with a freak shoulder injury, so she'll be running the email-con most of the afternoon and evening. We ship via Canada Post, which is handled by your regular postal service once it crosses out of Canada (USPS, Royal mail etc.).
If you'd like to give someone the gift of ahorrible monster congenial furry companion over the holidays, its gotta be ordered in this batch.

Custom Cast Order Waitlist is Open!
Have a pressing need for a flamingo coloured noa? Is there a large hole in your life that can only be filled by a spotted voodoo hyena? In search of a neon green goyle? Fear not, we can make those for ya!
In order to try and ensure more people have a chance at getting their own custom cast, we’re implementing a waitlist. What does this mean? More people will have the ability to order any of our regular run casts critters, in colours of their choice, without having to wait for openings.
What can I order?
You can order any pre-existing cast critter from our line-up which is not limited edition, or retired.

We'll be at Fanexpo in Toronto starting tomorrow for our 4th year! We'll be sharing a table with the incomparable Portly Possum, (who should be listed on the map) right in front of artist's alley.
