The manitouwabing wurm was based on a northern ontario legend that claims such a beast lives in lake manitouwabing.
This guy is HUGE. He’s a full 3.5 ft. long (for reference, I’m 5′7″) and features a moveable jaw, and full articulation, right down to his flukes which can grasp things.
His design features a little inspiration from a number of critters; from crayfish to seaweed, to shellfish and even a lil’ basilosaurus.
This was the last design from our Studio Sale. Seven of these monsters will be swimming their way home in the next couple of months.
